When we receive an enquiry, we try to give a price guideline over the phone, and then make an appointment for you to come to have the item fitted.

When we have pinned the garment on you, you’ll be given an invoice with an explanation of the work involved and a breakdown of cost.  

We’ll then agree a convenient collection date, usually within two weeks, by which time the alteration will be completed and the garment pressed and hung. 

We request payment on collection of the garment.
